I authorise Trust Automotive to carry out the work outlined including test driving the vehicle.

I acknowledge that all payments must be made prior to pick up unless arranged with management.

I acknowledge that once work is completed if vehicle is not picked up in 10 working days, storage fees ($10 per day) will apply.

Our service includes a SMS reminder system which you can opt out of at any time by advising any staff member or responding "NO" to any SMS
